Book of Truth

I. I am homunculus. A little model of the man I should be.

  • It is within me the ability to grow.
  • Though I am artificial, I may become real.

II. I walk beyond life but before death.

  • I am the Twilight
  • I am Nothing

III. I found Truth, but it changed form, and escaped my grasp.

IV. I find greater connection to my shadow than my reflection.

V. Formlessness in the blackness soothes me.

  • Thought provokes me.

VI. I wish I was not burdened with friends.

  • I only hold love for a few
  • I harbor resent

VII. I cannot come out to play

  • They knock on my door but I do not stir
  • I am in process

VIII. I have ruined everything I have ever loved.

  • I wish to wither

IX. She sees me but that is all.

  • Our hearts cannot coexist.

X. I have thought of stealing away into the night with her

  • But I should not be so foolish
  • I cannot care for a flower
  • I am Temporary
