I am thinking about being pagan. Or maybe a Zen Buddhist. I like the idea of gods and deities as friends and family.  Being able to choose a patron.  Being solely responsible for your own salvation.  As opposed to the strict master/servant dynamic of YHWH and the feudal style command structure of the church.
